Directions From New York City:
 Take the Long Island Expressway (495 East) to Exit 70. Follow Route 111 South to Route 27 East (Sunrise Highway). Continue East to Exit 66, make left onto County Road #39 Travel for approximately 1/4 mile, make left onto Montauk Highway at intersection. Travel East on Montauk Highway approximately 1/4 mile to the Ocean View Terrace.

From Staten Island and JFK Airport:
Take the Belt Parkway East to the end. Bear left and take the Southern Parkway East to Exit 44 East After coming off exit ramp bear left and look for entrance to Route 27 East to Montauk. Stay on Rt 27 until Exit 66 - Shinnecock. When getting off the exit ramp you will make a left turn and another left turn at the first STOP sign. You will then go about 1/4 mile. The Ocean View Terrace will be on your left.
